The Orting Alumni Scholarship for alumni and current seniors!!! Please follow these links for applications and tip sheet:

December Due Dates:
Due 12/6/19! The Comcast Leaders and Achievers Scholarship Program - OHS has a recipient most years; will it be you this year?
Applicants to the Comcast Leaders and Achievers Scholarship Program must:
Have a demonstrated commitment to community service, outstanding qualities in character, integrity and leadership
Be enrolled as a high school senior
Reside in a community served by Comcast and/or participating NBCUniversal or Telemundo markets. Please enter zip code to confirm eligibility
Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college or university or vocational-technical college in the United States for the entire 2020 – 2021 academic year
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)
Demonstrate financial need
Due date: 12/15/2019 - AXA Achievement Scholarship. Awards of $2,500, $10,000 and $25,000! - to be eligible:
A) Be United States citizens or legal residents living or claiming residency in one of the 50 united states, Washington, D.C. or Puerto Rico
B) Demonstrate ambition and self-drive as evidenced by outstanding achievement in school, community or work-related activities

Due 12/30/19 - Lamber-Goodnow Injury Law Team Education Scholarships Open to students pursuing:

Due 12/31/19 - The CC Bank's Youn Scholars Scholarship - worth $2,000! Must have at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

The Anderson Criminal Justice scholarship - for students pursuing Criminal Justice - worth $5,000, payable over 2-years.
The Campbell-Montgomery Business/Communication scholarship - for students studying Business and or Communications - worth $2,000.
The Fair Chance scholarship - for students who've had involvement with the fair, and who have financial need - worth $3,000.

Kelly Foundation of Washington - Ewing C Kelly Scholarship
Must be postmarked no later than March 10, 2020!!!
Applicant must be accepted, or have an application pending at an accredited institution of higher learning, public or private and can include community colleges
Must be a senior-level student at a public or private high school (or home school)
Must have a composite score of 20 on the ACT or a composite score of 1400 on the sat if planning to attend a 4-year school
Must be a US citizen or have a green card

The goal behind this contest it to open a dialogue for teens about the emotions they've dealt with when dealing with cancer.
