Cost Information

  • The Board of Directors reduced the scope of the bond request for 2024. This bond is for $117 million and will cost an estimated $1.70/$1,000 in assessed valuation. This reduces the ask by $1.11 over the 2006 bond, paid off in 2022. If the 2024 bond passes, the tax rate does not increase until 2025.

    ESTIMATED PROPERTY TAX

Based on the average 520k home = $74 per month

Equation: The assessed valuation of your home divided by 1,000 x $1.70=yearly cost. Divide that answer by 12 months for the monthly cost.

With the 2024 bond and approved 2022 levy combined, we estimate that our combined tax rate will be $3.37.
