Washington State law (Chapter 4.96 RCW) requires a standard Tort Claim form be submitted when filing a tort claim against Orting School District. Standard Tort Claim forms must be mailed or delivered to the address noted in the form. They cannot be submitted electronically (via email or fax). Please read all the information in the packet before completing and presenting the claim form to Orting School District.
