Orting Primary Student Council Hosts Food Drive from Jan. 31 to Feb. 11
Over the two-week span, OPS classrooms will be collecting non-perishable food items for the drive. Those who wish to contribute to the food drive can drop off food items at the OPS Front Office, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Orting High School to Host Unified Basketball Game Featuring Students With All Abilities Feb. 11
(UPDATE: The game has been postponed to Friday, Feb. 11, at 12:15 p.m.) Members of the two teams will include OHS athletes, students, and students in the school’s life skills program, helping those who have developmental needs succeed in and out of the classroom. The overall purpose of the game is to promote inclusion and equity throughout the district and the community, and give students who do not often get a chance to play on a sports team that opportunity.

On Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, Orting School District (OSD), in collaboration with Rxpress Pharmacy, will host a free COVID-19 and flu vaccine clinic and support services fair in the Orting High School Cafeteria from 3 to 6 p.m.
