OSD to host free COVID-19, Flu Vaccine Clinic and Resource Fair on Jan. 25
On Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, Orting School District (OSD), in collaboration with Rxpress Pharmacy, will host a free COVID-19 and flu vaccine clinic and support services fair in the Orting High School Cafeteria from 3 to 6 p.m.

The clinic is open to individuals five-years-old or older looking to get COVID-19 or flu vaccinations.
Individuals are encouraged to complete the registration form before arriving at the clinic to minimize wait time, along with these hard copy forms:
- Rxpress Demographic Information Form
- Rxpress Pediatric COVID-19 Consent Form
- CDC COVID-19 Prevaccination Consent Form
The clinic will administer Pfizer as the COVID-19 vaccine type.
Also, the COVID-19 Pfizer Booster will be available for individuals:
- 12 years or older
- who received a second Pfizer vaccine shot at least five months before getting a booster.

- Mental Health
- Substance abuse prevention and intervention
- Parent training and support
- Early childhood education
