Orting School District's (OSD) new look and vision reflects our commitment to putting our students first, ensuring they have equitable opportunities in and out of the classroom, and providing them an inclusive, safe environment to learn and succeed. 

Last year, OSD sent a survey to local families to gather their input and feedback on what they thought was best for Orting's youth and how the district can continue to provide the necessary resources and tools to make that happen. The survey data helped create a new logo and vision, representing the students' and community's voices.

Our dedicated district leaders and educators will CONNECT with our students through unique, creative learning, INSPIRE them to reach their full potential, and EMPOWER them through education to make sure they feel valued and supported through social-emotional learning.

The survey data also helped our district leaders construct the district's 2022-25 Strategic Plan, which is set to be released in the upcoming weeks.
