Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental health refers to our emotional and social well-being and impacts how we think, feel and behave. Our mental health plays a role in relationships with others, making decisions, handling stress and activities in everyday life.
This month serves as a reminder to check in with yourself and your loved ones. If your student is struggling with mental health challenges, discuss the resources available to them at their school.
